Compiled from 5 years of filming and featuring exclusive, intimate interviews with some of the world’s top athletes, leading psychologists, psychiatrists, managers and family members, the film pulls back the curtain on the world of sport and delves into the realities of the challenges these athletes face.
It also gives the viewer a ringside seat for the incredible comeback story of footballer turned professional boxer Leon McKenzie and his award winning last ever boxing match – filmed with nine cinema cameras in what is the first sporting event ever to be filmed this way.

California is now considered by many as the key battleground state in the marijuana debate. A debate that has divided America for over fifty years.
From the concrete jungles of LA to the remote isolation of Humboldt County, “California High” takes you on a journey through the eyes of growers, cops, politicians and ordinary Californians to get up close and personal with the issues. It shows for the first time how truly complex the situation is. Away from the usual extremism surrounding marijuana it becomes clear that this is a story full of surprises and twists.
